Background: Twenty20 Cricket
Introduced by the ECB in 2003, Twenty20 Cricket was introduced as a fast-paced one day competitive tournament and has since grown to become the most popular competition within the game.
In a Twenty20 game, each team has just a single innings, and can bat for a maximum of 20 overs. Most games can be wrapped in in 2 hours, wit each innings usually lasting approximately 75 minutes.
